Ingredients
- 100 g lean turkey mince
- 80 g cooked sweet potato — diced
- 40 g baby spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 piece egg
- 1 piece Fresh parsley
- 1 piece Black pepper
- 1 piece Smoked paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
- Cook turkey mince until browned.
- Add sweet potato and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Fry or poach the egg separately.
- Top the hash with the egg and sprinkle with parsley.
